Shipping policy
Lovely Death is not responsible after the delivery of your product. If for some reason the product shows that it has not been delivered, we will reach out to you and figure out a way to accommodate you. Any damaged goods, please do not open bag/box and send picture to Lovely.death.co@gmail.com, and we will either refund or re-send the item if available. Items are carefully packaged and delivered, and if it is damaged, it was done through the process of shipping, and i sincerely apologize. If it comes to the item you purchased can not be replaced due to Out of stock issues, we will offer either the item after restock, or a discount and/or a refund.
